A leading regional law firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor (1–5 PQE) to join its growing Leeds-based team.

The Opportunity

You will join a well-established and highly collaborative corporate team handling a broad range of quality transactional work for regional and national clients. The team advises on matters including:
 

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Corporate restructures
• Shareholder agreements
• Investment and funding transactions
• General corporate advisory work

The Leeds corporate team currently consists of a strong mix of seniority, including associates, a managing associate, director (tax specialist), partner and trainee.There is now a strategic focus on strengthening the junior-to-mid-level offering within the team, making this an excellent opportunity for a bright and ambitious solicitor looking to develop their career in a supportive environment.
