Our client is among the top five most progressive and dynamic law firms in the UK and their Birmingham corporate practice looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join them, as work levels drive continued growth.
Requirements:
Applicants should have the following requirements:
* Be a suitably qualified corporate solicitor with 0 to 3 years PQE
* A background and interest in the charity social housing and not for profit sector
You will provide a comprehensive service to Registered Social Landlords, charities as well as the Not for Profit sector clients. The work involves group structures, mergers, rule changes, charitable information conversions, and company law advice. You will also be involved with stock transfer and PFI projects. A superb remuneration package awaits the successful candidate.
