A Fantastic Opportunity has Arisen for a Commercial Salaried Partner!!
Our client is among the top five most progressive and dynamic law firms in the UK and their Solent Team are looking for a Commercial Salaried Partner to join them, as work levels drive continued growth.
Requirements:
Applicants should have the following requirements:
* Be a suitably qualified Commercial Salaried Partner, although not expected to major in all of the areas listed, they are expected to supervise lawyers in all of the areas
* Experience of the full range of commercial contracts projects and related contract law
* Direct experience of heavy weight contract negotiations with leading law firms
* Experience of assisting on corporate transactions (in relation to commercial elements)
* Experience of leading and managing teams on exercises ranging from major projects to large scale commercial due diligence
* Ideally applicants will have relevant experience gained from a major National or London practice
This is a fantastic opportunity to introduce to the firm a range of new commercial contacts and given the seniority of the role a following is likely.
