Job Description
Our client are specialists in providing second charge secured loans having over 25 years experience in this niche market and are looking to appoint a Third Party Relationship Risk Advisor
The Job role:
Ensure that the business targets relating to all third party relationships of the Servicing Department; and Legal and Possession activities with Solicitors in Ireland and Scotland are met at all times, whilst adhering to the Company’s internal and external regulatory, legal and compliance requirements. To ensure minimal losses through proactive identification and chasing whether the case is in Litigation or Possession. To identify possible title insurance claims, any negligence claims, or any other remedial action that may limit losses
You should be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:
•Experience of the mortgage industry essential
•Proven project management skills
•Experience of building and maintain strong working relationships
•Excellent telephone manner essential
•Number literate
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•Time Management skills
•Team orientated
•Knowledge of Possession and Litigation processes
•Experience within legal enforcement arena would be a distinct advantage
•Any property sale or valuation experience would be a distinct advantage
•Confidence and assertiveness to challenge both sensitive and contentious issues
