Job Description
Property litigator required to undertake a full caseload of property litigation matters.
You will be experienced in Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 lease renewal and contracting out procedures; the civil procedure rules and tenant default. You will ideally also have insolvency experience in relation to property matters.
You will be used to running a full caseload; hitting deadlines and working as a team member.
