Job Description
THE FIRM:- Legal 500 firm with clients across the East of England, London, the South East and internationally. Clients include businesses, individuals and not for profit organisations. These range from high net worth individuals, university spin out companies and household name charities through to FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 multinationals.
THE ROLE:-
Ability to work unsupervised on a wide range of development related matters for social housing providers including high value complex transactions.
Proficient at structuring transactions to clients advantage and advising on VAT and SDLT implications.
Understanding of the planning regime in relation to affordable housing including 106 Agreement implications.
Capable of undertaking site set up for future plot sales.
THE PERSON:-
Experienced and qualified residential development lawyer with social housing expertise.
You will have strong marketing skills, a keen appetite for business development and a proven track record for business development.
You will have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of individuals.
