Job Description
A Senior Private Client Solicitor is required by a well established law firm with office in Buckinghamshire, Thames Valley and the Home Counties.
This is a Head of Department position and will lead a team of 5 fee earners giving advice in the following areas:
Wills, Probate, Challenging a Will, Power of Attorney, Tax Planning and Trusts.
Along with day to day fee earning responsibilities, you will also be involved in the strategic development of the department within the practice and the promotion and marketing of the department externally.
