Our client is a small but very long established and profitable Hertfordshire firm. The current owners have managed the business for over 20 years. We understand that the firm has no debts and has a completely claim free record. The firm is particularly known for residential and commercial property work along with litigation and divorce work..
THE OPPORTUNITY
The current owners are looking to retire and would like to arrange a ‘timed takeover’. They are happy to stay on for a period to facilitate a smooth takeover and maintain continuity with existing clients. This is a unique opportunity to own your own law firm but have the help and experience to draw on from seasoned professionals to guide you until you have acquired the necessary skills yourself. You will acquire a ready made solid client base and avoid the uncertainty and delays of trying to build a practice out of nothing.
The owners are happy for the incoming person to pay for the firm on a monthly basis from profits rather than having to arrange bank funding. The asking price is very modest and details can obviously be provided to prospective candidates.
THE CANDIDATE
