Job Description
Solicitor required to join this expanding and regarded department dealing with recoveries and related litigation nationally for leading asset and motor finance companies. As a new addition to the team you be involved with the next level of development.
You will work with the team on asset and motor finance litigation including defended recoveries of assets and vehicles, fraud, injunctions, satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose disputes, title disputes, and claims brought against our institutional clients. It is also expected that you will take a role in the team's extensive client relationship management and business development activities. Ideally you will have previous Asset Finance or commercial litigation experience, be a team player, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic about client service and business development. You should also have the ability to work on your own initiative.
