Job Description
Litigation Solicitor, handling contentious or defended issues and providing additional support to the Mortgage Arrears Recovery Teams as required.
You should have experience in Borrower deceased, Allegation of fraud identity fraud, Mental incapacity, Undue influence misrepresentation etc
Applicants need to have a solid background in all litigation matters to include these and other areas of law.
This position is to run initially until December 2009 but may become permanent.
