Job Description
Fee earner required to carry out client instructions in relation to professional negligence claims, defended mortgage possession claims, unsecured debt recovery and miscellaneous commercial
litigation, to an expected time-scale and costs estimate.
Ideally you will have knowledge of landlord and tenant litigation payment protection insurance litigation would be an advantage but not essential.
You are likely to have previous commercial experience, be a team player, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic about client service and business development. You should also have the ability to work on your own initiative.
