Job Description
An experienced Personal Injury fee earner is required to run on a caseload arising from Road Traffic Accidents.
Duties include, reporting to and advising clients using in accordance with client focused service level requirements.
You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work and prioritise in a busy litigation environment, have good organisation skills and be able to work as part of a team.
You will have a minimum 2 years previous experience of Claimant personal injury case handling arising from Road Traffic Accidents and of dealing with cases up to and including final hearing.
