Job Description
Researcher Investigator to assist the Senior Solicitor and Head of our Industrial Disease department. The role will involve identifying liability insurers of dissolved or dormant companies. The role will also involve contact with potential witnesses, for example, previous work colleagues, other law firms who may have handled previous claims etc. There will be a requirement to follow up with GPs and hospitals for medical records and arrange medical and other appointments for clients.
You will have strong research and organisational skills. You will be methodical in your work, be a lateral and 'on the spot' thinker and remain calm under pressure.
