Job Description
Our client is a major organisation based in North Norfolk. Due to maternity they require a locum for around a year.
THE CANDIDATE
Must have broad experience of commercial law, drafting and negotiating contentious and complex contracts and projects. Experience should include, Intellectual Property law, Data Protection, Freedom of Information, and Information Technology law.
Ideally the candidate will at least 5 years experience in commercial law at least some of which may have been gained In House experience although this is not essential.
Experience in employment law and appearing before Courts and Tribunals would also be an advantage.
