Job Description
Employment solicitor required to deal with the full range of employment matters acting for both employers and employees on matters to include:-
Remuneration and benefits package; Contracts of employment; Redundancy; Discrimination and harassment; Compromise agreements; Grievance and disciplinary procedures; Unfair, wrongful constructive dismissal and Health and safety issues.
