Job Description
Our client is in the public sector dealing with a niche area of work.
They have an opportunity for a Solicitor or Barrister to join them initially on a 1 year contract. We understand that this is likely to be extended. Our client is seeking a candidate with broad experience of appearing at employment tribunals, and advising on contentious and complex cases. Ideally they would like to appoint someone with around 5 years or more specialist employment law experience but they would consider any candidate who was able to demonstrate they had the skills required. Knowledge of equality and diversity law and issues is essential.
Initially the assignment will be a one year fixed term contract although it is envisaged that this will become permanent.
