THE FIRM
Our client is a top tier multi office firm with a strong National and International presence. They act for several major plc and public sector clients.
THE JOB
They are seeking a Solicitor to join their team dealing with a range of contentious and non contentious construction work at their Suffolk office. The successful candidate will deal with a range of construction issues and procurement options. In particular the team deal with JCT, ICE, ECC and bespoke contract conditions for a wide range of projects acting for employers, contractors and members of the professional team. He or she will be responsible for their own caseload and assist the team in more complex and larger cases.
THE CANDIDATE
At least some construction law experience is essential although lawyers dealing with a more general commercial caseload will be considered. . The candidate must be also personable and able to get on well with clients and colleagues as well as assisting in business development. The successful candidate will be a solicitor from 1 year pqe to senior level. They must be able to show experience of dealing with contentious work with a quality firm. In return our client is offering an above average salary and performance related bonus.
