Job Description
Construction solicitor required for this highly regarded firm.
You will be dealing with your own varied contentious and non-contentious caseload.
You will be used to dealing with all forms of construction dispute resolution; acting for employers and funders on major developments.
You will be involved with the preparation of building contracts, dealing with bespoke building contracts, consultants appointments, warranties and associated documents.
Advising on differing types of procurement.
You will be actively involved with marketing, networking, development and growth of the department.
You will have staff supervisory, training, mentoring and management skills.
