Job Description
Due to continued growth our client has a vacancy for an experienced solicitor to join their Property Insurance and Construction Group as a team leader.
You will already be a senior assistant solicitor with a background in handling material damage and coverage claims on behalf of insurers and experience in and an aptitude for supervising others.
You will manage a team of file handlers and lawyers handling subrogated claims on a delegated scheme relating to material damage and business interruption claims on behalf of insurers. Along with responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance practices throughout the team you will also have your own caseload of similar material damage and property insurance claims.
You will assist the supervising partner in developing and maintaining client relationships. This is a significant appointment which, for the right candidate, provides every opportunity for career progression within this expanding Group.
