Job Description
A new vacancy has arisen for an Assistant Solicitor to join the Property Insurance & Construction group of a leading Insurance Law firm to be based in London due to an increase in work relating specifically to complex and high value property fraud claims.
Applicants must have up to 5 years PQE and be fully conversant with CPR and able to run a caseload from start to finish.
The successful candidate will have a strong commercial litigation background, preferably with experience of property commercial insurance disputes involving fraud and related policy coverage issues, be fully conversant with CPR and able to run a full caseload.
Good IT Skills and experience of using a Case Management system are an advantage. A team player with good communication and organisational skills you should also have the ability to work well under pressure, keep to deadlines along with excellent client care skills.
