Shipping Solicitor
A fabulous opportunity has arisen at a national city firm for a Solicitor with Shipping experience. The successful candidate will have a range of experience in this field, and will be able to play an important role in this progressive and modern thinking firm. You should have good knowledge of dry shipping, multi-jurisdictional litigation, contractual issues in relation to shipping joint ventures, port operation and expert inspection services.
You should have upwards of 2 years experience and have a proven track record in Shipping work. You will also provide supervision and coaching to junior Fee Earners, deputising where necessary for the Partners and the Associate. Maintaining superior service quality, you will be required to develop new business, as well as maintaining long-established relationships with senior clients.
