Corporate Commercial Solicitor
Corporate Commercial Solicitor required to join a leading legal 500 law firm, with highly regarded Commercial department. The successful applicant will has excellent academics and a proven track record within the Corporate & Commercial field. You will focus on advising on a mixed case load of Corporate & Commercial work law.
The work is fast-paced and demanding with plenty of scope for personal development and the successful applicant will have an outstanding opportunity to develop a profile in this field. The successful applicant will have significant experience in wide range of commercial and contractual based advisory and transactional work. This will include strategic public procurement, transforming community services, outsourcing, projects, clinical services contracting and several forms of public private partnership. The role would suit an individual with strong communication, presentation and marketing skills, a confident manner and a hardworking and flexible approach.
This role would suit an experienced Solicitor, with a wealth of Corporate Commercial experience. This firm are offering a fantastic package.
